Hi boyz n gelz, still enjoying a little time in the southern hemisphere, voice is slowly recovering, spent the afternoon writing in the sun Have no idea whats going on in the real world, which is just how I like it. Jet skied today, closest thing I'll get to driving for now :( First real holiday in many years. Bliss. Not the slightest chance of controversy. I may have to flash room service or summat.

realistically I can't see my vocal cords being being ready till the summer, but then I have to think about people losing out if ....they are on their summer hols. So September seems the most likely. Sorry about that everyone. Rest assured I will use the time wisely. As in... working on improving the show, mixing the live tracks, finishing brand new tracks! Pneumonia may have been a bastard thing to go thru, but normally when I suffer you guys benefit somehow, don't you think :) That's just how it goes in GM world. God's little joke. Long may it continue :) Spent half the day trying to come up with something that rhymed with pneumonia. Best I can do is bone ya........so true, so true.... :)       Speaking of which, I just thrashed Fadi.....   At pool.

Rassurez-vous je vais utiliser le temps à bon escient, je travaille à l'amélioration du spectacle, mélangeant les titres live, et la finition de nouveaux morceaux...La pneumonie peut être un chose mauvaise à passer, mais normalement quand je souffre vous bénéficiez des meilleurs morceaux que j'écris, vous ne croyez pas...C'est juste comme ça que cela se passe dans le monde GM...Petite blague..pourvu que ça continue...Passer la moitié de la journée à essayer de trouver quelque chose qui rimait avec pneumonie...Le meilleur que je peux faire c'est l'os.....ya tellement vrai, tellement vrai...En parlant de cela, j'ai juste battu Fadi à la piscine...

Happy 2012 my lovely boyz n gelz, hope yours was as heartwarming as mine.. My sister cooks the most fantastic roast dinner you can imagine, old friends shirlie and martin kemp were there, my new man and.. a great friend that I hadn't seen for years completed the picture. Doggies and christmas lights, Ab Fab on the box, only thing missing was.. the weather. Fookin 'ell it was 16 degrees celsius down our way! The fires were lit but we had to leave all the doors and windows open !! which felt strangely fraudulent..

And knowing that Xmas could have been very different this year for everyone at that table.... As it was we stuffed and laughed ourselves silly, I'm such a lucky man! I hope you all had a great one. It's not over of course, I have a house full of sleeping guests and a bunch more friends coming over today. Hangovers strictly forbidden :)

Ok people, shock announcement coming up......It's official.....George Michael has had enough of....Eastenders. ARE THEY FUCKING KIDDING! Gay people deserve better than the BBC's pathetic attempts to 'represent' us. Message to gay kids in Britain. The East end of London is one of the best places on earth to be a modern gay man or couple. The relationship between Sayed and Christian is the most insulting piece of bullshit on British television right now. Insulting to the gay community, insulting to the muslim community, and in the meantime, terrifying every gay child that is struggling... to come to terms with their sexuality , and the prospect of coming out to their family, whatever their religion. So far, Christian has been beaten up 3 times that I can remember, and is now accused of child molestation. Sayed has been disowned and...is now mistreating his partner shamelessly, presumably because he is now a confused bisexual after all. Total fucking bullshit. Life in London is a wonderful thing for so many gay and lesbian people these days, and I know that there are gay people involved in...the writing of the show but they really need to rethink their approach to gay "issues". They are scaring the shit out of children everywhere For the sake of drama, and it doesn't seem to have occured to them. I think that soaps are HUGELY influential in modern Britain. They should reflect sexuality in just the same terms that they reflect...Race and integration. Positively. And without stereotypes. In this respect, they are failing us all. Spectacularly. I wish I could agree with you. But I dont. Last thing I want to say is that John Partridge and Marc Elliot have done brilliantly as actors regardless of the storylines. I hope for their sakes and the sake of gay kids in this country, regardless of their cultural background, that Eastenders gets a clue and.. begins to acknowledge their responsibility and provides us with gay characters that have no reason to live in fear.
